1. Missed flights. Liability for missed flights not accepted. Please be in time or if running late, please go direct to the Airport's Parking. We will refund pre-payments,  email your request to parking@xtra.co.nz .

 2. Privacy ( short notice) .
In the course of our service, we naturally record limited contact details (the absolute minimum we can operate with).
These records are kept confidential, and are not made available to any third party other than for storing your car.
Due to time constraints (all our clients have planes to catch and any delay is problematical) we do not ask for or record your permission at the time of parking, to contact you subsequently. 

We will take acceptance of our Privacy Policy to contact you should we have something special to offer or announcements to make. Your contact details will not be given or sold to any third party.

Every "offer" communication from us will have an "opt out" notice. Should the "opt out" be actioned your contact details will be removed from the list before the next mailout.

 3.  www.Flyaway.co.nz  is an online booking and payment service, and supples the paid bookings to the parking yards. Flyaway is not responsible for your vehicle, its contents, the free shuttle service, you or your arrangements. 

 4. Park at own risk.
We offer yard parking/storage with a combination of either-&-or; security fencing, patrolling, video surveillance, electronically monitered or electrically powered perimeter, 24 hour staff .

Vehicle/property owners acknowledge that Airpark & BREAKAWAY or its authorised agents accept no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss occuring in respect of any vehicle/property, its contents, the vehicles/property owners and related parties during the use of our facilities/services.

 5. Credit Card Details.  Flyaway does not record, hold or keep any record of your Credit Card details, these are handled under a secure connection directly to DPS (Direct Payment Solutions Ltd) who handle the payment between your booking and the Credit Card companies, and do the banking.

6. Changes to your contact details. Logged in details are best updated by your self when making bookings.

Client database. Please advise by email to parking@xtra.co.nz any changes to contact details held for mailouts. If you wish to have a copy of information held (which will only be sent to the contact address held) or if there is to be no further contact/withdraw.

7. Any changes to our Terms and Conditions will be posted here, and applicable from the moment of posting.

Flyaway Terms and Conditions, that is "checked" when making a booking.

This Flyaway.co.nz Website & Online Booking System will sell you a ticket 24/7 to an Auckland Airport Area car parking/storage facility, subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of terms and conditions; Use of the Flyaway Website is subject to the following terms and conditions of access and any specific terms posted within the Website. By accessing and browsing the Flyaway Website you represent that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

The limit of liability of Flyaway.co.nz is contained within the supply of the booking and documentation. If it is claimed Flyaway is responsible for any harm, loss or damage arising out of your use of this Website, our total liability to you for all losses, damages, and any causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this Website.

Any event relating to a parking yard or the physical storage of your car, property or shuttle must be referred to the management of the yard/shuttle concerned and Flyaway.co.nz will on request supply the relative contact information.

Accuracy of entered information. Please check your booking details as you enter them, you are responsible for the information entered and its accuracy, and Flyaway will not entertain any liability of inaccuracies that may be entered.

Parking Yards Security. The parking yards selected offer parking/storage with a combination of either-&-or security fencing, patrolling, video surveillance, electronically monitered perimeter, 24 hour staff. Any event of any kind must be addressed to the management of the yard concerned,

A Parking/booking details ticket must be on the dashboard of every vehicle and readable from outside the vehicle.

Payment Attractive online booking rates to be paid at the time of booking online. Telephone bookings may attract a different rate that takes into account the handwork involved and in every case payment shall be due at the time of supply of the services unless there are Credit Account arrangements.

Park at own risk. Vehicle/property owners acknowledge the booking agency Flyaway.co.nz, the yards offered or its authorised agents accept no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss occuring in respect of any vehicle/property, its contents, the vehicles/property owners and related parties during the use of our facilities/services.

Open-air parking. Optional  1. Valet parking by Breakaway, leave your key at reception. 2. Self parking (guided by staff member) and take your keys with you.

Valet Parking. We reserve the right to store your car at any of the premises leased or owned by us, movement of your car is at our discretion.

Claims for damage or loss. The vehicle and its contents remain at all times at the clients risk in respect of loss or damage however caused, except to the extent of a claim for loss or damage being accepted and paid for by the respective yards' Public Liability insurers.

Flyaway and its Parking Yard suppliers shall be under no liability to the client or anyone else for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential loss or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the customer and arising out of a claim for loss or damage to the vehicle or it's contents or the use of its shuttle services.

Flyaway and its Parking Yard suppliers will not be responsible for removal costs of any vehicle or for any infringement notice for any vehicle left unattended or without a valid readable (from outside the vehicle) ticket on the dashboard for the yard concerned.

Undercover parking. For purposes of economics cars are block parked, and for this end we need to be able to hold keys and move the cars. Due care will be taken to handle the vehicles carefully and cautiously as an appointee by the owner of the vehicle. Any claim must be made to the vehicle's insurer, with reference to terms and conditions herein. Vehicles are stored and driven at owners risk.

Video Surveillance. Video surveillance cameras, in the form of a closed circuit television system, are operated at various points through the parking areas and thereabouts for the purposes of safety and security. At times we receive requests from other parties to view surveillance records, and will first measure requests against the Privacy Law before supplying any material.

Cancellations refunded 1. if paid online, then back to card used. 2. if paid by Debit or Credit card over the counter, then by cheque.  (Cash payments not accepted, and no refunds for bookings paid by cash)

Flyaway may at any time and without notice make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or information in this website.
