Pre-paid Bookings:

If you were running late and have gone direct to the Airport's Parking, please email us parking@xtra.co.nz with your circumstances, booking number or other detail that may help us.

 

Regarding the handling of ..  Refunds, Free Day Vouchers, Fixed Price Vouchers, Promotionals and Superdockets.

Online pre-paid bookings,  these will be credited  to your Credit Card online.
Over the counter payments, the method of crediting will be handled on individual basis.

Reduction of long term rates: the day rate will be recalculated using the number of "days taken" rate.
Free Day Vouchers: Value is for Open Air Parking, unless they carry an Undercover booking number.
Fixed/Maximum Price Vouchers: Value is for Open Air Parking.
Refund Day Vouchers: The refunded days are at the same value as the days booked..

Online bookings rebate/discount /promo.

Promo, use your promo code at the time of booking online (not available with telephone and email bookings).

Rebates and Discounts.
Book and pay in full online.
Pro rata days (FreeDays) or the balance (FixedPrice) refunded back to your credit card on us receiving your original voucher.

Email & Telephone bookings with hand written tickets.
Please supply your original voucher over the counter at the time of payment and parking, for it to be taken into account.
Pro rata days (FreeDays) or the balance (FixedPrice) will be taken into account then.
The original voucher must be attached to the hand written ticket, to qualify.
